First of all, by helping of prob, samples from production batch of wheat are taken and hectoliters, moisture, gluten, gluten index, sedim analysis, falling number analysis and its controls are performed in Balıkesir Flour Production Control Laboratory to determine the wheat characteristics and qualities.
